52-week high

Beginner

The 52-week high is the highest price the stock reached in the past 12 months. It is a pure reference point — it says nothing about fair value. Some investors read a price 'near the 52-week high' as a sign of strength, others wait for a pullback. Both are opinions, not forecasts.
